The Connector Suites
Located on the main level of the Convergence Centre at Western Discovery Park (999 Collip Circle, London, ON), The Connector Suites offer a flexible event space engineered for academic symposiums, corporate workshops, tech demonstrations, and board presentations.
Featuring a central dividing wall, integrated presentation technology, and direct connectivity to Western Discovery Park's research ecosystem.
Spatial Architecture & Modular Configurations
The facility features a dividing wall to split the 1,300 sq. ft. space into two separate half-rooms (Connector Suite 1: 20' × 29' and Connector Suite 2: 25' × 29'), each equipped with its own projector, screen, and cameras.
Full Suite Configuration
Combines both half-suites into an expansive open floor plan suited for keynotes, AGM events, or multi-company symposiums.
- Capacity: 70 guests (Theatre style), 36 guests (Classroom / Boardroom / Banquet), or 32 guests (U-Shape)
- Dual ceiling-mounted laser projectors and motorized screens
- Direct access to the Convergence Centre Atrium Foyer and outdoor Patio
- Integrated ceiling speakers and HD camera setup
Half Room Breakout Suites
A dividing wall separates the space into two individual half-rooms (Connector Suite 1: 20' × 29' and Connector Suite 2: 25' × 29').
- Capacity: 40 guests (Theatre style), 18 guests (Classroom / Boardroom / Banquet), or 16 guests (U-Shape) per half space
- Dedicated projector, screen, HD cameras, and audio per half room
- Ideal for parallel workshops, committee meetings, and small breakout sessions
Interactive Workshop & Flexible Layouts
Configured with tables, chairs, podium, whiteboards, markers, and coat rack available upon request.
- Multiple setup choices: Theatre, Classroom, U-Shape, Boardroom, and Banquet arrangements

Businesses of Western Research Parks
Complimentary: 3 events/year (max 12 hours total).
Subsequent Bookings: $135/hr (Half Space) | $270/hr (Full Space) + $100 facility fee (+ HST).
Corporate, Community Partners & Affiliates
Complimentary: 2 events/year (max 8 hours total).
Subsequent Bookings: $135/hr (Half Space) | $270/hr (Full Space) + $100 facility fee (+ HST).
Western University Departments
Complimentary: 1 event/year (max 4 hours total).
Subsequent Bookings: $135/hr (Half Space) | $270/hr (Full Space) + $100 facility fee (+ HST).
Additional Spaces (Patio & Atrium)
Patio Rental: $135/hr + HST.
Atrium Rental: $270/hr + HST.
Note: $100 facility fee applies if booked independently of Connector Suites. Not included in complimentary bookings.
Reservation Changes & Cancellations
Setup Changes: Up to 3 business days in advance.
Cancellation Policy: Must notify at least 5 business days prior to avoid a 50% charge of the total reservation rate.
Guest Parking
Convenient, free outdoor parking is available for all guests of The Connector Suites, located right outside the Convergence Centre without requiring parking permits or fees.
