The Convergence Centre At Western Discovery Park
Our newest building here at Western Discovery Park, The Convergence Centre offers 55,000 square feet of light, modern office spaces and wet lab space. This landmark building is also one of the first LEED® eco-friendly ‘green’ buildings in southwestern Ontario.

Go green at the Convergence Centre
Our innovative eco building targets the LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold (2012) standard of the Canada Green Building Council. Every facility has been designed to minimise environmental impact and emissions including:

- ‘White roof’ to reduce cooling loads
- Ultra-low water consumption
- Native species landscape planting including Carolinian regional trees
