Members from Sernova recently enjoyed the opportunity for coaching on Adaptability Intelligence with Nurdan Tokoz, and we found the concepts and the tools presented to be a very useful framework for facing the challenges of change in the fast-moving world we live in. Another standout experience was the recent talk on Regulatory Compliance by Hasnaa Fatehi, as it was the most straightforward and comprehensive overview of the topic that I have seen. In addition to the seminars, we have found that the Food Truck gatherings and other social events have helped us to make connections with the other companies that have led to productive partnerships, besides being a fun way to make us feel we are working in a community that supports the important work that we do.”
