Western Research Park

Discovery Park

The 50 acre Western Discovery Park was established in 1989, located adjacent to Western University and home to the award-winning Stiller Centre, one of Canada’s most successful biotechnology incubators (CABI 2010 Technology Incubator of the Year). The Discovery Park owns and operates the Windermere Manor, a 48 room hotel and conference centre which hosts thousands of visitors every year. Tenants at Western Discovery Park range from national government laboratories, to large multi-industrial research centres, to some of Canada’s fastest-growing emerging companies.
